MSFT is abbreviation from Multi-Stage Fitness Tes or also called The Beep Test. MSFT used for measure vo2max level of athlete or sometimes used too for non-athlete.

When people doing this test the result is a level and shuttle that them was got.


This app can calculating the vo2max value without using manual way, seeing the vo2max table from the book.

Just simple way, you must enter name, level, shuttle and then click process button to calculate level and shuttle become vo2max value.

After that you can click save button, to save your data in to database in this app and then the data result will appear. If you want to see your result without clicking save button, please click result button.

You can process up to 5 person of data. If you just input below 5 data, the data result not appear automaticly. But you must click the result button in this app.
